Payment Method

After selecting your desired Micro-Credential, click “Apply now” > then click “Buy now”, and follow the steps below to complete your payment.

Payment Steps

1. Fill in your information on the Checkout page
✔️ Name: The system will automatically display the name from your user account. You can edit it to show your personal name or your institution’s name.
✔️ Receipt address: You can enter the address to be displayed on the receipt.

 

Note: The name on the receipt is separate from the name used on your Digital Badge and Digital Certificate. The certificate will use the name from your user account by default.

2. Review your plan details. The system will display the details and price of the selected Micro-Credential.
3. Choose a payment method. Currently, only QR Payment is supported.
4. Accept the terms and proceed with payment

✔️ Tick (✓) the checkbox to accept the Terms and Conditions
✔️ Click “Make Payment” to generate a QR Code for payment

5. Make your payment via QR Code
 The QR Code is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, click “Make Payment” again to generate a new one.
Saving an expired QR Code image will not allow you to complete the payment.
6. Track your payment status
✔️ If you stay on the Checkout page, the system will automatically redirect you to the “Payment Successful” page.
✔️ If you have exited the Checkout page, you can check your payment status from your Dashboard or the My Purchase menu.

How to Check Your Receipt Status

  1. Click the drop-down menu next to your username at the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Go to the My Purchase menu.

  3. Check the order status under RECEIPT STATUS 

    ✔️ If the status is COMPLETED, you can download the receipt immediately.
    ✔️ If the status is IN PROGRESS, the system will automatically update the receipt status at 8:00 AM on the following day.

Note: Credit card payments and installment plans are not supported at this time. Only QR Payment is currently accepted.

We reserve the right not to refund service fees that have already been paid in the event of service cancellation by the user, which is the user's fault, after the user has already started learning in the system, or in violation of the refund conditions set by us.
In cases where incorrect payment information is identified, your access to that Micro-Credential will be suspended immediately. Please contact us with email 4life@mail.kmutt.ac.th
