Once a learning unit has been created, a session will be automatically set and cannot be deleted. The instructor can create more sessions up to 4 per a learning unit only after your learning unit has been approved by 4life admin team and it gets published.
A session contains;
- Session ID: it will be set automatically.
- Session time: the instructor needs to schedule it.
Steps to schedule session times
- Go to Design and planning
- Select your learning unit
- Go to Sessions
- Select a session and click "Set session times" or click 3 dots then select "Edit"
- Schedule date and time for the start enrollment
- Schedule date and time for the last enrollment
- Schedule date and time when a session starts
- Schedule date and time when a session ends
- Fill out the available spots per session
- For online meeting, it will be a meeting via Zoom with 45 minutes per each meeting. If the number of online meeting in the learning unit is set as 0, the online meeting tab in this session will be unavailable. If you wish to edit, go back to "Basic info".
- Select start time for the meeting
- Select the day you want to set the meeting
- Setting the repetition of the meeting
- Does not repeat: if you don't need to repeat the online meeting
- Weekly: if you need to repeat the online meeting on the selected day in weekly
- Biweekly: if you need to repeat the online meeting on the selected day in biweekly
- The status of the online meeting will always be defaulted as a draft first and cannot select publish
- Click "Save"
Note
Publishing a session can only be done after the learning unit has been approved by the admin and it gets published.
Scheduling a session's enrollment start date must be 10 days after the submitted date.
The instructor must define the beginning and the end of the Learning Unit to cover the specified time of online meeting.
The instructor will be able to access the Online Meeting link at the scheduled time by clicking the "View/Manage" of a session.
