Direct Message is a channel for a communication between the instructor and the learner in the learning unit. The messages will be sent privately to both side.
How to start a direct message
- Go to an enrolled learning unit
- Go to Sessions tab
- Click View/Manage
- You will be directed to the post feed. Click "Direct message" tab
- Select a person you want to send a message
- Type your message. By pressing an "Enter", it means to send a message. Press Shift + Enter together on your keyboard to add a new line. Also, a file can be attached via the direct message.
