Refund Policy on 4LifelongLearning Platform

Required prerequisite for refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, all conditions must be met, not just any one condition.
  • Documentation of each payment and relevant supporting evidence must be provided in cases where users requested a claim, following these guidelines:
    1. Proof of payment, in which the name of the account owner, whether it is a 4LifelongLearning user or the payment initiator, should be used,
    2. The documents that are in the form of identity proof, which is matched with the name of the proof of payment, and
    3. A bank account copy must have matching names.

Note: The documents should be Certified true copies and bearing a handwritten signature and date. Each copy should be specified as "For 4LifelongLearning platform refund purposes."

  • Refunds for courses are determined by specific criteria and the platform's evaluation. Once a refund request is thoroughly reviewed and meets the established criteria, a notification will be sent via email.
  • Refund requests can be made in situations where the issue does not arise from the learner's error or any conditions on refunds set forth by the platform.
  • If you are entitled to a refund we will refund you on the bank transfer, credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the Product(s). (* Except for additional charges like transfer fees, credit card fees and similar ones.)

Refunds can only be issued by these following cases:

For fully refund case or course exchange case, there are following criteria should be met:

If you request for Verify MC Course;

  • Refund requests should be made within 1-2 days after accessing the MC Courses.
  • Drafts are not accepted for submission verification.
  • In the case of outdated or suspended MC courses (when the MC is removed from the platform).
  • Refunds will not be approved for downloaded MC translated versions and the accumulated active time on the page for both should not exceed 2 hours.

In addition for LEARN+VERIFY Course,

  • Learning Progress doesn't appear on systems included in criteria.

Please note that MC can be exchanged at the same price or lower. Promotion code isn't included in this condition and it cannot be changed. Course Exchange can only occur one time request for each MC.

 

For partially refund case, there are following criteria should be met:

If you request for Verify MC Course;

  • Refund requests should be made within 3-5 days after accessing the MC Courses.
  • Drafts are not accepted for submission verification.
  • In the case of outdated or suspended MC courses (when the MC is removed from the platform).
  • Refunds will not be approved for downloaded MC translated versions The accumulated active time on the page for both should not exceed 2 hours.
  • Please note that refund requests for first-time users are applicable for a 50% refund solely on the initial accessed and viewed MC course, specifically the first MC course that has been accessed (e.g. read). No refunds are applicable for other scenarios.

In addition for LEARN+VERIFY Course,

  • There is some partial learning progress visible in the system, which encompasses activities such as reading posts, viewing learning units, and participating in the community.

For Non-Refundable case, there are following criteria should be met:

If you request for Verify MC Course;

  • Refunds are not applicable for purchased promotions.
  • Submissions that have been drafted are ineligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the total active time on the assessment page exceeds 2 hours.
  • Refunds are not provided for micro-credential submissions that have been denied.
  • If a user requests multiple refunds for the same course without prior declaration, they will not be eligible.
  • If a user requests excessive refunds without prior declaration, they will not be eligible.

  • There is some partial learning progress visible in the system, which encompasses activities such as reading posts, viewing learning units, and participating in the community.
