How can I request a refund?

1. Check the refund conditions on the 4LifelongLearning platform.

2. Collect the necessary supporting documents for a refund request as follows:

  • Proof of payment, in which the name of the account owner, whether it is a 4LifelongLearning user or the payment initiator, should be used,
  • The documents that are in the form of identity proof, which is matched with the name of the proof of payment, and
  • A bank account copy must have matching names.

The documents should be Certified true copies and bearing a handwritten signature and date. Each copy should be specified as "For 4LifelongLearning platform refund purposes."

3.  Email your refund request to and provide the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email used for 4LifelongLearning registration
  • Name and mode of the Micro-Credential for which you are requesting a refund
  • Attach the required supporting documents mentioned in step 2.

4. Wait for further communication via email regarding the refund decision from 4LifelongLearning.
