After submitting evidence but receiving Denied as a result,
you can improve your skill (if needed) and then resubmit the evidence..
Steps to Resubmit
- Go to User Dashboard
- Click Verify competency
- The system will open the Method Component page, providing details on how to create the required work to submit as evidence of competency. After reading and understanding the information, click Mark as read to record your progress as a percentage.
- Click Submit Your Evidence, then click OK, Submit Now when you are ready to proceed.
- The Evidence Submission status bar will show "0 Submission Quota Left" . To read the assessor’s feedback, click Latest Submission and select the specific date and time of your previous entry.
- To resubmit, navigate to the specific Part you need to revise. In the Evidence section ( "Enter your answer here or upload a file"), click Edit Evidence. You can then upload new files or update your text response. Click Save Changes to save your progress.

Once your change are completed, click Submit Full Evidence to reach the Preview Submission page. Review all attached files and text entries thoroughly. (If you need to make further changes, click Edit Submission).
- Before the final submission, read and accept the Student Privacy and Academic Integrity Statement. The Submit button will then become active.
- Confirm Submission: Double-check the Micro-Credential name you are submitting for, then click Confirm.
- After submitting, you can click View Your Evidence in the Method Component tab to review your submission. Please note that once submitted, the entry cannot be edited further.
Status
- In the Learn+Verify case, learners can submit competency evidence even if their learning progress is not at 100%.
- The progress bar in the Method Component is not related to the Learning Status. Learners can submit their competency evidence even if their learning progress is not at 100%.
- After complete the submission, you won't be able to edit it.

You can submit new evidence one more time if your initial assessment result does not pass.
If the result still does not pass, you will need to:
👉 Study further before reapplying if you are enrolled in a Learn + Verify Micro-credential.
👉 Request a new verification if you are enrolled in a Verify-only Micro-credential.
In both cases, you will need to request a new Redeem Code to proceed with the submission again.
